What is Citizens Allied for Pennsylvania Patients?
Citizens Allied for Pennsylvania Patients (CAPP) is a non profit organization dedicated to correct problems in the medical liability system in order to make health care more affordable and available in Pennsylvania.

What are CAPP’s goals?
CAPP’s goals are twofold.  First, CAPP will work to maintain existing legislative reforms and favorable judicial decisions.  Second, CAPP will focus on securing reforms like those in California that have resulted in a stable and predictable market for professional liability insurance.

Is CAPP a political action committee?
